4. Salting (Optional)
Salt is applied following snow removal to help manage slippery conditions and ice buildup.
5. Windrow Return
If a municipal snowplow leaves a windrow at the end of your driveway after we’ve completed your initial service, one return visit to clear it is included.

Our residential snow removal season runs from November 1 to April 1, so your property is covered throughout the winter months.
Your seasonal package includes up to 10 qualifying snow clearing events when snowfall reaches our 4 cm trigger. When a qualifying snowfall occurs, our team automatically adds your property to our route. There’s no need to contact us each time it snows – we’ll be there.
If more than 10 qualifying snowfalls occur during the season, we’ll contact you before completing additional snow removal so you can decide if you’d like to continue service.

No. Once you’re signed up for the season, we monitor snowfall conditions and automatically service your property when the snowfall trigger is met.
