Mastershine did an amazing job cleaning the gutters at my dad’s home. The whole process was completely hassle-free — I didn’t even need to be on-site. Communication was clear and professional from start to finish, Tyler was great to communicate with. Justin and Mitch arrived on time with a friendly introduction. They were extremely courteous and highly professional. My windows and screens were cleaned to perfection inside and out. Brett and Vincent did a very fine job of cleaning the windows or my sunroom, as well as the roof. Brett recognized that the insides were as bad as the outsides, so I was happy we did both sides. They were super dirty and covered in mud but they got them looking spotless. Always happy with the job that MasterShine does - they will be back in a few weeks to do the eavestroughs.

My husband and I run a carpentry company and are very familiar with having crew members work in residential clients' homes, so from that view having Brett and Vincent here was a 10 out of 10 experience. My windows look fantastic inside and out and so do my screens! Jarrett and Josh did a terrific job. They were on-time, friendly, organized and very professional.
I needed to have a flexible date due to work being done in my home first.
MasterShine was so accommodating with the date changes I had to keep making.
Excellent customer service from start to finish. It was great that one of the owners Marcus, reached out the following day to see if I was pleased with everything.
I will definitely be recommending MasterShine to my family, friends and neighbours.

We were very happy with the services the MasterShine team, Brett and Vincent had provided. Not only they were punctual, friendly and professional, they left our gutters and windows clean and spotless. We just had renovation done resulting in lots of dust on screens and window tracks, the team was very detailed and did a fantastic job leaving our windows very clean inside and out. They even cleaned the raccoon poop off our roof.
MasterShine was recommended to us by our friend and we are happy to recommend them to others and will continue getting their services in the future for our windows and eaves troughs cleaning. Thank you Brett and Vincent! We appreciate your exceptional work!

We were so happy with Master Shine’s work. They were able to accommodate us that week and did a thorough job cleaning our eavesdrops. They also kindly helped with replacing our exterior pot lights that had burnt bulbs. They are quick to respond via email and text. Definitely will use their services again.

I would highly recommend MasterShine Window and Eaves Cleaning if you are looking for gutter guards to be installed if you are not doing yourself or have the time. Marcus, the company owner was very professional in his approach, well informed about the industry, and honest about his pricing model as there is a reputation for some outrageous markups for this type of job. Overall very satisfied and looking forward to not getting up on my roof again this fall to clean my gutters when the leaves have fallen 👍
