Brett and Vincent did a very fine job of cleaning the windows or my sunroom, as well as the roof. Brett recognized that the insides were as bad as the outsides, so I was happy we did both sides. They were super dirty and covered in mud but they got them looking spotless. Always happy with the job that MasterShine does - they will be back in a few weeks to do the eavestroughs.

We were very happy with the services the MasterShine team, Brett and Vincent had provided. Not only they were punctual, friendly and professional, they left our gutters and windows clean and spotless. We just had renovation done resulting in lots of dust on screens and window tracks, the team was very detailed and did a fantastic job leaving our windows very clean inside and out. They even cleaned the raccoon poop off our roof.

I would highly recommend MasterShine Window and Eaves Cleaning if you are looking for gutter guards to be installed if you are not doing yourself or have the time. Marcus, the company owner was very professional in his approach, well informed about the industry, and honest about his pricing model as there is a reputation for some outrageous markups for this type of job. Overall very satisfied and looking forward to not getting up on my roof again this fall to clean my gutters when the leaves have fallen 👍

I hired Mastershine to clean the glass panels on my balcony, which hadn’t been done for several years. I was thrilled with the job that Brett and Josh did. They moved all 16 of my flower pots and worked on each panel meticulously. The results were amazing! Everything was put back in place neatly after the job. They then proceeded to clean my living room and dining room windows, which were equally meticulously done. I would not hesitate to recommend Mastershine to anyone – they do a magnificent job!

This year is the second year we’ve been really pleased with our MasterShine crew! Patrick and Carter came ready to work, and made sure our windows and tracks look sparkly and clean. They were professional, positive and polite. As we have older windows, they paid extra attention to make them shine. The team did a great job at our home. We hired MasterShime to clean our gutters, soffits, downspouts, vinyl siding and exterior windows. From the quoting stage with Tyler to the attention to detail in performing the work from Brett and Dom and little extra elbow grease from Tyler, we were pleased with the friendliness and professionalism and results. I was so pleased with the window cleaning experience I had with MasterShine! They were prompt, efficient, pleasant, and left my very dirty windows sparkling clean. What impressed me the most was, unlike most companies these days, they actually used a ladder to get up to the second story windows and clean them properly as opposed to other companies using extension handles to reach.

It was an absolute pleasure working with MasterShine to have our gutters cleaned and guards installed last month. When we initially with Matt, the President, he was friendly, informative and professional. When it came to pricing, his cost for installing gutter guards was literally thousands less than a certain big name company out there, and he straight up told us he is not out to gouge people! How refreshing was that to hear in today's climate of insane inflation! And the little touches- like receiving an appt reminder text and follow-up text re: the work from Tyler (Regional Mgr)- were very much appreciated. Justin and Luca did a great job on the installation and left our property neat and tidy. And they didn't just take off after, but let us know when they had completed the job. Highly recommend!! We had our windows and glass railing cleaned by Master Shine. Spoke with Matt and Marcus, and they sent over Vincent and Patrick to do the job. Polite young men, very nice and I have to say very thorough. They went over the windows that they cleaned twice to make sure they got all the little spots taken care of. They did a fantastic job, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have their windows cleaned. Now we can really enjoy the view of Lake Ontario.

I had a great experience with Mastershine and would 100% recommend them. They were quick to respond by email or text, and they answered all of my questions pretty thoroughly. Their estimate was reasonable and their work was excellent. I can say with confidence that our house was never cleaned as thoroughly before by other contractors. Also, they are a bunch of nice young guys who are serious about growing their business and they showed it by going the extra mile to make us happy. When the weather turned on them and they couldn’t finish everything they came back on the weekend to complete the job. Do yourself a favour and hire these guys to get your house looking great.

Honestly great communication, reliable and fantastic work! So pleased. Had to coordinate all trades as my house is hitting the market and they made it very easy. Very personable young men whose work ethic was fantastic. So happy with the cleaning out the eves, interior and exterior windows, screen cleaning and power washing my entire patio, driveway and cleaned stained stucco. Highly recommend. Prices were very competitive as well. Will definitely use them again. Shout out to Marcus, Matt, Justin and Luca! A few before and after photos of stucco after cleaned. Hard to show windows and eves but happy to be used as a reference if needed.

Wow this company goes beyond what others I have used in the past. Professional and perfect! Booked online and they came a few days later. They did the interior and exterior windows removing all the screens and putting everything back in place on the window ledges. They shine letting the sun shine through! Book them and you won’t be disappointed! They were done our whole house in an hour with their crew of professionals. They will also do the tracks and screen cleaning if you want.

These guys were fantastic! MasterShine came recommended through my office, where fellow real estate agents use them on a regular basis. I was able to get through the phone line immediately and was greeted by one of the owners, Matt, who was super friendly and helpful.
